The General Terms and Conditions regulate the relations between the Buyer and the Seller regarding the terms and manner of ordering the product, product prices, terms and methods of payment, terms of the guarantee for the correctness of the sold item (so-called guarantees), termination of the contract, conditions of ordering and delivery of the Product, protection of personal and other data and other issues important for concluding a contract of sale through the Internet store.
The General Terms and Conditions of the Internet Store form an integral part of every sales contract concluded between the Seller and the Buyer in this way.
Prior to purchase, the customer declares in the application that he has read these General Terms and Conditions and consequently accepted them, and that he is aware that the product order includes payment of the purchase price and shipping costs, where applicable, and that he is informed of conditions, deadlines and the procedure of exercising the right to unilateral termination of the sales contract, and which all conditions and notices he understood and accepted.
The buyer natural person can only be an adult and able-bodied person. The contract may be concluded in the name and on behalf of the minor and the completely incapable person by their legal representatives or guardians. Partially able-bodied persons may conclude a contract only with the consent of their legal representative or guardian. The Seller shall not be liable for any act contrary to this provision.
Customers are required to provide accurate, valid and complete personal information when completing the registration form. The contrary conduct of the Buyer authorizes the Seller to refuse to sell the product or provide its services.
The Seller is authorized, in accordance with its business policy, without the need for prior notice, to change the content of the General Terms and Conditions, the product range, retail prices and other information related to the Internet store.
Due to the nature of access to the website, the Seller is not responsible for any damage that may occur on the devices and / or devices of the Buyers accessed by the Internet store, as well as in case of inability to use the Internet store by the Buyer. to influence.
The deadline for payment of the purchase price of the product (the amount stated on the confirmed order) is 3 (three) working days from the day when the Buyer receives notification from the Seller about the confirmed order, except in the case of cash on delivery. In the event that the Buyer does not make the payment of the purchase price within this period, and the Seller and the Buyer have not agreed otherwise, the order confirmation becomes non-binding for the Seller and it is deleted from the system.

The company also does not take responsibility for the consequences caused by the information published on the website. ORDERING IN WEB STORE
Ordering is possible 24 hours a day, all days of the year. The buyer can be a natural person or a legal entity, taking into account the information provided during registration and sending the order. After sending the order, the customer-client receives a notification of receipt of the order via e-mail. It lists the products ordered and the quantities chosen by the customer. Information on the status and quantity of the order is now available to the customer in the web store in the section-My account. The sales contract between Nanodiy and the customer-customer is concluded at the moment when the order is confirmed (the system automatically sends you an electronic message about the status of the order). The purchase contract in printed form is stored at the company’s headquarters, and the buyer can get access to the contract via a confirmed e-mail upon registration. From that moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and valid for both parties.

In case of taking over the goods at the point of sale, the ordered products can be picked up after visible payment with prior notice so that the goods can be prepared. The buyer receives additional notification by e-mail or phone call that his goods are ready for collection.
The validity of the offer is visible on the offer received by the buyer after the order has been placed, but the trader does not guarantee the condition of the warehouse and the availability of the ordered items. Order processing starts from the moment the payment is visible on our account, so it is possible that the requested goods are sold out in the time from the receipt of the offer and the customer’s payment.
In the event that the buyer orders the goods and refuses to receive them, the seller has the right to demand from the buyer reimbursement of postage and own handling costs.
PRICES
All prices represent wholesale prices and are expressed in Euros (€) and do not include VAT. Nanodiy d.o.o. reserves the right to change the wholesale prices, unless otherwise stated (the case of shares and other special types of sales). Wholesale prices are valid at the time of receipt of the order and are not predetermined. Wholesale prices are valid in case of payment by the above methods and under the above conditions.
For customers from the European Union who are in the VAT system, the VAT number in the VIES system is automatically checked within the Checkout form and if it is valid, VAT will not be charged (* reverse charge Tax (transfer of tax liability under Article 41.st.1 Of the Law on VAT)), while natural and legal persons who are not in the VAT system will be charged VAT on the checkout page.
